目的观察一种内镜灭菌器的杀菌效果以及模拟现场灭菌效果。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和模拟现场灭菌试验方法进行了试验检测。结果该灭菌器配备的专用灭菌剂为过氧乙酸与过氧化氢复合物,其含过氧乙酸609 mg/L和过氧化氢4880 mg/L。以该复合物溶液体积分数50%,浸泡载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用5m in,杀灭率达到100%。该复合物溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的MBC值为过氧乙酸457 mg/L和过氧化氢3660mg/L。模拟现场试验条件下,用该灭菌剂原液经过一个灭菌周期即40 m in,可使灭菌器内菌片上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率达到100%,对手术器械上自然菌杀灭率达到100%。结论该内镜灭菌器采用过氧乙酸与过氧化氢联合作用,可在40 m in内完全杀灭载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢,对器械上自然菌杀灭率亦达100%。
