目的 :探讨高原缺氧条件下 ,急性放射损伤大鼠血清造血活性的变化特点 ;方法 :大鼠在模拟 5 0 0 0m高原缺氧条件下喂饲 3天后 ,接受 6Gy一次性γ射线全身照射 ,照后继续在缺氧条件下饲养 ,3天后处死动物收获血清 ,ELISA法测定TGF -β1和EPO的含量 ;造血集落法检测血清对CFU -GM和CFU -E集落形成的影响 ;结果与结论 :发现模拟高原 5 0 0 0m缺氧条件下 ,骨髓红系和粒系造血均受抑制 ,但骨髓粒系造血损伤为主
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum hematopoietic activity in acute radiation-injured rats under plateau anoxia condition.Methods: Rats were subjected to 6Gy whole-body γ-ray whole body irradiation after 3 days of hypoxia simulated hypoxia at 500m altitude, The rats were sacrificed 3 days later, and the levels of TGF-β1 and EPO were determined by ELISA. The effects of serum on the formation of CFU-GM and CFU-E colonies were detected by hematopoietic colony formation assay. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Found hypoxia simulated 50000m plateau conditions, myeloid erythroid and granulocyte hematopoietic were inhibited, but myeloid granulocyte-based hematopoietic injury-based
