1月21日,社科院经济学部企业社会责任研究中心(以下简称中心)正式对外发布《中国企业社会责任报告编写指南3.0》(以下简称《指南3.0》)一般框架。该指南的首个版本于2009年12月发布,修编工作在2012年3月启动。《指南3.0》主编、国务院国资委研究局局长彭华岗表示,新指南注重“接地气”——具有地域和时代的特点,充分体现了当前我国社会责任议题;“有生命”——首次提出社会责任报告全生命周期管理的概念;“重实效”——更加注重实质指标的披露。
