基于文献[1]的工作,建立了不规则形状超微颗粒样品的XQMA计算方法。采取Monte Carlo直接模拟,避免了通常分离 Z.A.F系数的繁琐计算;应用“等效几何形状”的概念,将适用于规则形状颗粒的计算公式推广到不规则形状样品中。本方法在超微颗粒的X射线定量分析实验中得到验证。
Based on the work of [1], an XQMA calculation method for irregularly shaped ultrafine particles was established. The Monte Carlo direct simulation is adopted to avoid the tedious calculation of the Z.A.F coefficient which is usually separated. The concept of “equivalent geometry” is applied to generalize the calculation formula applicable to the regular shape particles into irregular shape samples. The method is validated by X-ray quantitative analysis of ultrafine particles.
