1990年春节前,大同铁路分局,涿鹿车站职工家属中发现45例,手指间、腕部、大腿内侧有散在丘疹发痒、夜间加重、难已入眠为主要症状的患者。经调查确定是一起由疥虫接触传染的疥疮。现简述于下。 1 调查资料 45例中年龄6个月～58岁,病程1周～10个月。首发病例为连接员潘某,于1989年3月,手指缝出现散在丘疹、发痒。1～2周内逐步蔓延到腕屈侧、肘部、前腹、外生殖器、臀下部,未及时隔离治疗,由此引起车站9名
