本科于1997年7月～1999年10月间,采用针灸配合牵引的方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症57例,效果满意,现报道如下.1临床资料本组57例病人,男41例,女16例;年龄最小31岁,最大65岁,平均41岁;病程3d～15α.治疗前均经临床检查,并经CT扫描;病变部位:L4～5间隙21例,L5～S128例,两个间隙者7例,三个间隙者1例.
