机动化的快速发展使得街道空间缺乏人情味、街道景观缺乏延续感,此类问题日益严重,“新常态”街道人文复兴概念的提出,对构建富有人文气息的街道空间起着重要的指导作用。在此背景下,针对这些问题,通过解读城市规划与街道空间的新常态内涵,从城市设计角度制定基于街道三维立体空间、二维平面空间的构建和街道空间中的实体布局来复兴和传承街道人文空间的策略,以期对街道人文空间复兴有较大的指导意义。
