测定非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)视网膜病变(DR组)患者20例红细胞膜ATPase活力及红细胞内离子水平,并与无急慢性并发症的单纯性NIDDM(DM组)患者和健康志愿者(C组)各20例比较。结果DR组Na+-K+-ATPase和Ca(2+)-ATPase活力明显低于正常C组,红细胞内Na+和Ca(2+)明显高于正常C组,Mg(2+)明显低于C组,Mg(2+)-ATPase及K+与C组比较差别不显著。上述变化在DM组亦有表现,但在DR组更为明显,其中Mg(2+)在DR组明显低于DM组(P<0.05)。
20 cases of non-insulin dependent diabetic (NIDDM) retinopathy (DR) patients with erythrocyte membrane ATPase activity and intracellular erythrocyte ion levels, and no complications of simple NIDDM (DM group) and healthy volunteers (C Group) of 20 cases of each comparison. Results The activities of Na + -K + -ATPase and Ca (2 +) - ATPase in DR group were significantly lower than those in normal C group. The contents of Na + and Ca 2+ in erythrocytes were significantly higher than those in normal C group, while Mg (2+) 2 +) - ATPase and K + and C were not significantly different. The above changes also showed in DM group, but more obvious in DR group, in which Mg (2+) in DR group was significantly lower than DM group (P <0.05).
