目的 :探讨产妇阴道内催乳素 (PRL)水平含量变化与早产 (PL)间的关系 ,为降低早产儿发生率提供预测、预防依据。方法 :对60例先兆PL孕妇及60例正常孕妇 ,进行分泌物PRL放射免疫测定。结果 :PL妇阴道分泌物PRL阳性率 (53 3 % )明显高于正常者 (P<0 01) ;PRL阳性组PL率 (82 5 % ) ,平均取标本至分娩间隔时间 (27 8±13 8d)及新生儿平均体重 (2514±560g)与阴性组比较均有显著性差异 (P<0 01) ;PRL与PL关系 :敏感性76 7 % ,特异性90 9 % ,阳性预测率82 5 % ,阴性预测率87 5 %。结论 :PRL与PL关系密切 ,PL妇存在阴道分泌物PRL水平含量异常增高状况 Objective: To investigate the relationship between the change of prolactin (PRL) level in maternal vagina and premature labor (PL), and to provide the basis for predicting and preventing preterm infants. Methods: PRL radioimmunoassay was performed on 60 pregnant women with preeclampsia and 60 normal pregnant women. Results: The positive rate of PRL in vaginal secretions of PL was significantly higher than that of normal controls (53 3%) (P 0.01). The PL rate of PRL positive group was 82 5% (P <0.01). The correlation between PRL and PL was 76.7% in sensitivity, 90.9% in specificity, and 82% in normal newborns %, Negative predictive rate 87 5%. Conclusion: The relationship between PRL and PL is closely related to the abnormal increase of PRL level in vaginal secretions of PL women
