目的了解儿童青少年体质量指数水平对身体机能、素质的影响,为儿童青少年肥胖防控及健康促进提供参考。方法采用国际通用LMS法拟合男女生的体质量指数(BMI)的年龄别百分位数曲线,对BMI大于P_(90)学生和BMI小于P_(10)学生的身体机能、素质进行t检验。结果所有学段的男女学生机能指标肺活量、血压都是P_(90)学生高于P_(10)学生,大部分年龄段脉搏差异无统计学意义;速度、力量、爆发力、耐力都是P_(10)学生好于P90学生。结论儿童青少年的身体机能、素质受营养状况的影响,P_(10)学生的身体机能、素质普遍好于P_(90)学生。
Objective To understand the effect of body mass index of children and adolescents on the function and quality of body and to provide reference for the prevention and control of obesity in children and adolescents. Methods The age-specific percentile curve of body mass index (BMI) of boys and girls fitted by LMS method was used to test the body function and quality of students with BMI greater than P 90 and BMI less than P 10. . Results The performance indexes of boys and girls in all sections were P_ (90) higher than those of P_ (10) students, and there was no significant difference in pulse rate in most age groups. The speed, strength, explosive power and endurance were all P_ (10) Students are better than P90 students. Conclusion The body function and quality of children and adolescents are affected by nutritional status. The physical function and quality of P 10 students are generally better than those of P 90 students.
