在1994年全区卫生工作会议上,宁夏回族自治区卫生厅马成义厅长要求各级卫生部门要以初级卫生保健为中心,切实搞好农村卫生工作。 (1)继续增加卫生投入,切实搞好农村卫生基础设施建设。目前,我区农村卫生面临“投入不足、补偿不上”的困难。因此,必须发挥政府对卫生投入的主渠道作用,增加对农村卫生的投入。这是加强农村卫生建设的一项重要措施。
