公务员作为一个特殊的群体,掌握着国家的行政权力,其行为关系着国家的行政建设。在公务员的管理机制中激励机制处在非常重要的位置。如何造就一支思想纯洁、工作高效的公务员队伍,是一个关系经济发展、社会稳定的重要话题。本文在阐述建立和健全公务员激励机制的必要性的基础上,通过分析现行激励机制的特点和存在的主要问题,着重论述了如何建立有效的激励机制,如何组织实施激励机制的问题。
As a special group of civil servants, they hold the administrative power of the state and their actions are related to the administrative construction of the country. In the management mechanism of civil servants incentives are in a very important position. How to create a civil servant team with pure thinking and work efficiency is an important topic that concerns economic development and social stability. Based on the necessity of establishing and perfecting the incentive mechanism of civil servants, this paper analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of the current incentive mechanism, and focuses on how to set up an effective incentive mechanism and how to organize and implement the incentive mechanism.
