螺杆泵的历史较长,在30年代初期,在各行业得到了推广应用。50年代初期,螺杆泵被用作石油工业中的人工举升设备,并作为一种代替常规举升工艺的替代技术推向市场。从90年代中期起,螺杆泵在原油举升方面得到广泛应用。长庆油田采油二厂2011年起,开始试验性应用,取得了较好的效果。目前采油二厂产建新投井以三叠系丛式井组为主,气油比较高(90-110m3/t),且部分井存在硫化氢等有毒有害气体。新投井试油手段单一,仅依靠修井车的抽汲设备进行试油求产,而后安装抽油机及井口设备,下油管杆投产,工序复杂,且试油、投产过程中井口不密闭,易造成井喷、中毒及环境污染等事故。本文重点论述了螺杆泵的一种新型应用工艺,试采一体化采油作业。即采用螺杆泵在试油、采油过程中密闭、变频求产并直接连流程正常生产,可以大大简化作业工序,降低作业费用,提高安全生产系数。
