实践证明:自从张力减径机被成功地放到轧制生产线上以后,高产优质的连续轧管机组才有了巨大的生命力。但是,目前经张减后的成品钢管上,尚存在有内六方和管端增厚等质量缺陷。严重地威胁着张减工艺的发展。本文重点对内六方和增厚端的形成问题与解决途径进行了探讨;为克服或减轻这些缺陷,对厚壁管张减时的特殊孔型设计提出了改进意见。
Practice has proved that: Since the tension reducer was successfully put on the rolling production line, the high yield and quality of the continuous tube mill has a tremendous vitality. However, there is still some quality defects such as thickening of inner hexagon and pipe end on the finished steel pipe after the reduction. Serious threat to the development of Zhang reduction process. This article focuses on the formation of the hexagonal and thickened side of the problem and solutions to be discussed; to overcome or mitigate these defects, the thick-walled tube reduction of the special hole design proposed improvements.
