目的:采用头影测量极坐标方法 ,对美貌汉族青年男女软组织侧貌进行比较。方法 :按照纳入标准,选择某高校新入校大学生美貌志愿者62名(年龄18~23岁,平均年龄20.1岁,男女各半)为研究样本,采用自然头位拍摄头颅侧位定位片,以Bolton(Bo)点为极点,Bo-N线为极轴,建立极坐标系。分别测量男、女生颌面部软组织标志点的极坐标,采用SPSS 17.0软件包对测量结果进行统计学分析。结果:男、女样本各软组织标志点的极角项目值差异较小(P>0.05),无显著差异。线距项目值差异较大(P<0.01),差异显著。各标志点的极径与Bo-N的比值差异较小,无显著差异(P>0.05)。Bo-Pos/Bo-Sn、Bo-LL/Bo-Pos比值差异较大,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:极坐标方法应用于头影测量,可准确整体描述样本颅面侧貌特征,美貌男女之间差异表现在颏部及上、下唇突度。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the soft tissue appearance of young men and women in the beautiful Han nationality by using the cephalometric method of cephalometric measurement. Methods: According to the inclusion criteria, 62 college students (aged from 18 to 23 years old with average age of 20.1 years, half male and half female volunteers) were enrolled in this study. The natural head position was used to photograph the cranial flaps and Bolton (Bo) point for the pole, Bo-N line for the polar axis, the establishment of polar coordinates. The polar coordinates of the maxillofacial soft tissue markers of male and female were respectively measured. The results of SPSS 17.0 software package were used for statistical analysis. Results: There was no significant difference in the polar angle of the soft tissue markers between male and female samples (P> 0.05). The value of the line distance is quite different (P <0.01), the difference is significant. There was no significant difference in polar diameter and Bo-N ratio between each marked point (P> 0.05). Bo-Pos / Bo-Sn, Bo-LL / Bo-Pos ratio was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: The polar coordinate method is applied to the cephalometric measurement, which can accurately and completely describe the facial features of the craniofacial samples. The difference between the beautiful men and women is in the chin and the protrusion of the upper and lower lip.
