非正式学习在职场的应用十分广泛,能够有效地提高相关人才的业务能力水平。现有的研究多集中在非正式学习的理论应用层面,对其具体的有效性分析以及优化路径研究还相对薄弱。在这样的背景下,本文采用问卷调查结合评价模型的方式,对非正式学习在旅游营销人才培养中的有效性进行分析,发现其有效性总体得分为0.36,处于显性有效水平,说明非正式学习能够有效提高旅游营销人才的业务水平;此后,利用通径分析对非正式学习对相关人才能力影响来解释其有效性来源,发现非正式学习能够对旅游营销人才的学习能力、创新能力、语言表达能力起到显著提高的效果,其平均通径系数为0.775,解释率为81.8%。这说明非正式学习可以通过提高旅游营销人才的上述能力进而提升其职业水平。后续的非正式学习应该强化在上述三种能力方面的提升比例,同时对于其他能力有所关注。
Informal learning in the workplace is widely used, can effectively improve the level of operational capacity of relevant personnel. Most of the existing researches focus on the theoretical application of informal learning, and their specific validity analysis and optimization path research are still relatively weak. In this context, this paper uses the method of questionnaire combined with the evaluation model to analyze the effectiveness of informal learning in the training of tourism marketing personnel and found that the overall score of validity is 0.36, at a dominance level, indicating that informal Learning can effectively improve the tourism marketing personnel ’s business level. Afterwards, using the path analysis to explain the source of the effectiveness of informal learning on the relevant talented people’ s ability, we find that informal learning can have an impact on the learning ability, innovation ability, language The ability of expression increased significantly, with an average path coefficient of 0.775 and an interpretation rate of 81.8%. This shows that informal learning can enhance their professionalism by increasing the above ability of tourism marketing professionals. Subsequent informal learning should reinforce the level of ascension in the three competencies mentioned above, while paying attention to other competencies.
