针对矿用自卸车的桥壳和半轴套管过盈配合表面发生的疲劳失效问题,建立非线性有限元接触模型,得出过盈量和接触应力之间的关系,以及在不同载荷下接触区域应力的变化;利用“3σ”原则确定桥壳和半轴套管的工艺尺寸的分布,结合实际材料的疲劳极限分布建立相对复杂的可靠性分析模型,采用蒙特卡罗方法对各个变量抽样计算,最终得到了桥壳的接触疲劳的可靠度。提出改进桥壳接触疲劳可靠度的建议。
