为进一步提升我院大学生思想政治教育的实效性和针对性，促进大学生的全面发展，落实我院“学生成才、家长放心、社会满意”的办学宗旨。通过思想政治教育精细化工作的实施，让学院每一位辅导员都成为精细化管理的实施者。坚持“做精、做细、做实”的原则，以人为本，真正瞄准学生各方面的需求，以精心的态度、精确的把握、精致的过程，进行细心的教育、细心的辅导、细心的服务，真正把思想政治教育做具体、做扎实、做出成效。,In order to enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of the ideological and political education of our college students, to promote the comprehensive development of college students, our college applies the theory of“students succeed, parents assured, social satisfied”to the practical education. Every counselor should make an effort of becoming a refined executor through the ideological and political education of fine work. Adhere to the principle of“fine, detailed, solid”, college counselors have to pay more attention to the necessary needs for college students. With our careful attitude, accurate grasp, delicate process, we can provide a careful education and attentive service to he ideological and political education.
