虽然Cu-Au系中的超结构Cu_3Au长久以来是合金中有序·无序转变的研究典型,但是在富Au一端的超结构CuAu_3的有关报导,却只是比较近年的事。 Hirabayash是第一人在X射线衍射图样中得到超结构线,合金的成分是74 at.%Au;他还证实了Johansson和Linde所首先指出的特殊性质,卽有序化使电阻率增加。Hirabayashi在拍摄X射线照相之前,试品曾在180℃熟炼20天后缓冶至室温。但是,他所发表的只是一条显微光度曲线,上面的超结构线強度十分微弱,以至于实际上无法辨认出来。
Although Cu-Au superconducting Cu_3Au has long been a typical example for the orderly and disorderly transition in alloys, the recent reports on the CuAu_3 supersaturation at the Au-rich site are only recent developments. Hirabayash was the first person to get a super-structural line in an X-ray diffraction pattern with an alloy composition of 74 at% Au. He also confirmed the special properties first pointed out by Johansson and Linde, and ordered to increase the resistivity. Hirabayashi photographed in the X-ray photography, the sample has been refined at 180 ℃ 20 days after the slagging to room temperature. However, what he published was only a spectro-luminosity curve, the super-structure line above it being too weak to be practically recognizable.
