目的:探讨莼菜多糖降低血糖的作用。方法:用3%药菜多糖溶液分别10ml/kg体重和20ml/kg体重灌胃给予高血糖模型小鼠连续20天。结果:实验组降糖作用优于阴性对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01),与阳性对照组比较降糖作用差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:研究证明莼菜多糖具有降低血糖作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of polysaccharides of Chinese chive to reduce blood glucose. Method: High-glycemic model mice were given intragastrically with 3% drug polysaccharide solution at 10 ml/kg body weight and 20 ml/kg body weight for 20 consecutive days. Results: The hypoglycemic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the negative control group. The difference was significant (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in hypoglycemic effect between the experimental group and the positive control group (P>0.05). Conclusion: Studies have shown that chives polysaccharides have a hypoglycemic effect.
