病例1孕妇,35岁。辅助生殖双胎妊娠14周,因腹痛来我院就诊。超声表现:宫腔内见一胎儿,双顶径29mm,腹径25mm,股骨径17 mm,肱骨径17mm,胎心率153次/min,超声测值胎儿符合孕14~15周。子宫右侧见一包块,内见一胎儿声像,羊膜囊与宫腔内羊膜囊不相邻,其内胎儿双顶径24mm,腹径23mm,股骨径13mm,肱骨径13mm,胎心率155次/min,超声测值胎儿符合孕13~14周。子宫直肠窝及肝肾间隙均见少量无回声区(图1)。手术证实:右侧输卵管间质部妊娠破裂。
Case 1 pregnant women, 35 years old. Assisted reproductive twins 14 weeks of pregnancy, because of abdominal pain to our hospital. Ultrasonography: intrauterine see a fetus, biparietal diameter 29mm, abdominal diameter 25mm, femoral diameter 17mm, humeral diameter 17mm, fetal heart rate 153 beats / min, fetal ultrasound consistent with pregnancy 14 to 15 weeks. The right side of the uterus see a mass, see a fetus within the sound like, amniotic sac and intrauterine amniotic sac is not adjacent, the fetus biparietal diameter 24mm, abdominal diameter 23mm, femoral diameter 13mm, humeral diameter 13mm, fetal heart rate 155 times / min, ultrasound fetal pregnancy in line with 13 to 14 weeks. Uterine fossa and liver and kidney interstices are seen a small amount of echo-free zone (Figure 1). Surgical confirmed: right tubal pregnancy rupture.
