在世界范围的新军事革命大潮中,德国国防军开始了德国统一以来最重要的一次军事变革,德国陆军也正在向“未来陆军”转型。这次军事变革不仅仅是组织结构的调整,而且是一个涉及作战任务、装备计划、战役战术和军事技术等,内容广泛、历时约10～12年的转型过程。在这个过程中,陆军的编制结构、装备体制、人员数量、作战能力、经费投入、装备的技术政策和发展方向都要进行重要的调整,从而塑造一个能掩护地面、空中和海上部队,担负纵深作战和撤离作战、维和与特种作战,打击国际恐怖主义、给予士兵和公民更多安全保护的、具有全谱作战能力的“未来陆军”。
During the tidal wave of the new military revolution in the world, the German Defense Forces started the most important military revolution since the German reunification. The German Army is also making the transition to the Army of the Future. This military transformation is not just an adjustment of the organizational structure, but also a transformational process involving a total of 10 to 12 years of operations, equipment planning, operational tactics and military technology. In the process, the Army’s structural structure, equipment system, number of personnel, combat capability, funding, technical policies and direction of equipment should be adjusted in an important way so as to create an army capable of covering the ground, air and sea forces and shouldering the depth “Future Army” with full-spectrum combat capability for fighting and evacuation operations, peacekeeping and special operations, combating international terrorism and giving soldiers and citizens more security.
