我厂生产的汽车齿轮,几何形状比较复杂,有的齿轮在热处理过程中,特别容易产生不均匀的变形。过去,凡在RJJ-75-9T型井式气体渗碳电阻炉中,进行气体渗碳并直接淬火的齿轮,我们都是以轴线垂直水平面(即平放成摞)装卡。结果,有的齿轮内孔产生较大的锥形,有的齿轮端面偏摆超差,还有的齿轮齿的公法线平均长度尺寸,沿齿长方向逐渐增加。有时,由此产生的废品和次品竟占5~10%左右。变形成了热处理中最关键的问题。
I plant the production of automotive gears, the geometry is more complex, and some gears in the heat treatment process, particularly prone to uneven deformation. In the past, in the RJJ-75-9T gas-type gas carburizing resistance furnace, the gas carburizing and direct quenching gear, we are in the vertical axis of the plane (that is, laying in a pile) card. As a result, some of the gear bore larger taper, and some gear end-to-end bias deviation, and the average length of the normal length of the gear teeth along the tooth length direction increases. Occasionally, the resulting waste and defective products actually account for about 5 to 10%. Deformation has become the most critical issue in heat treatment.
