【目的】了解育儿技能评估调查对幼儿园儿童家长意外伤害认知方面的作用,为制定减少意外伤害的有效干预措施提供依据。【方法】对荣成市机关幼儿园的427名家长随机分为两组,实验组(219名)通过育儿技能评估量表一对一访谈家长(父母亲),对照组(208名)未进行育儿技能评估,三个月后对两组家长进行意外伤害认知方面的问卷调查。【结果】实验组和对照组幼儿园家长在安全和居住环境、对意外伤害知识要点知晓率方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。伤害知识来源途径获取在“在园家长培训”、“网络浏览”、“阅读书籍报刊”三个途径的比较上,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】育儿技能评估能增加幼儿园家长意外伤害的认知,潜意识的对家长进行了全面的健康教育。家长在预防儿童意外伤害中的作用亟待加强。
【Objective】 To understand the effect of child-care skills assessment on cognitive impairment of kindergarten children’s parents, and provide the basis for effective interventions to reduce accidental injuries. 【Methods】 427 parents of kindergartens in Rongcheng City were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group (219) passed parental skills assessment questionnaires and the control group (208) did not have parental skills Assessment, three months after the two groups of parents accidental injury awareness questionnaire. 【Results】 The results showed that there were significant differences in the awareness rate of knowledge about accidental injuries among the parents in kindergarten in experimental group and control group in safety and living environment (P <0.01). The way of obtaining knowledge of injury was statistically significant (P <0.01) compared with the three ways of “training parents in the park”, “web browsing” and “reading books and newspapers”. 【Conclusion】 The evaluation of child-care skills can increase the cognition of kindergarten parents’ accidental injuries and subconsciously conduct a comprehensive health education for parents. The role of parents in preventing child accidental injuries needs to be strengthened.
