目的 研究不同时间的睡眠剥夺 (SD)及部分睡眠剥夺 (PSD)对大鼠行为和学习的影响 .方法 采用小平台水环境法建立 SD模型 ,以正常饲养组 (CC)和大平台组 (TC)作为对照 ,SD组有 12 ,2 4,48,72 ,96 h及 PSD,每组例数为 6只 ,CC组为 5只 .测量 SD后动物学会 Y型迷宫的总次数、时间、条件反射数和正确反应率 ,用旷场反应测量行为并观察 SD前后体质量的变化 .结果 TC组学习成绩、正确反应率优于其他各组 ,2 4h和 48h SD组学习成绩优于 CC,其他各组学习成绩不如 CC,随 SD时间的延长 ,正确反应率下降 .同 CC和 TC相比 ,SD组动物行为增加 ,情绪敏感 ,以 2 4h和 48h最为突出 . 96 h后 SD组及 PSD组体质量明显下降 .结论 SD使动物体质量减轻 ,行为兴奋性提高 ,但 48h后兴奋性降低 ,学习能力下降
Objective To study the effects of sleep deprivation (SD) and partial sleep deprivation (PSD) at different times on behavior and learning in rats.Methods The SD model was established by the small platform water environment method and the normal feeding group (CC) and the large platform group (TC) As a control, there were 12,2,48,72 and 96 h in the SD group and PSD, 6 in each group and 5 in the CC group.
