梓树的外绒毡层来源于内次生周缘层,内绒毡层由紧靠孢造组织的药隔细胞分化而成。内绒毡层发育比外绒毡层早,细胞体积也较外绒毡层的细胞大,且内绒毡层中部的细胞在辐射方向上延伸形成假胎座。故梓树花药绒毡层不仅为双重源,而且是二形型的。 在紧靠表皮的一层细胞的壁上始终未看到纤维状加厚,仅在裂口区细胞和药隔细胞的壁上看到不明显的纤维状加厚。这是细胞最后随着中层消失而完全破坏消失,因此该细胞仍属于中层的一层。在梓树的花药中无药室内壁。 The outer tapetum of Catalpa bungei originates from the secondary peripheral layer, and the inner tapetum is differentiated from the septate cells of the spore-forming tissue. The inner tapetal layer developed earlier than the outer tapetal layer, and the cell volume was also larger than that of the outer tapetal layer, and the cells in the middle of the inner tapetal layer extended in the radiating direction to form a pseudotool seat. Therefore Catalpa anther tapetum is not only a double source, but also two types. Fibrous thickens were consistently not seen on the walls of the layer of cells immediately adjacent to the epidermis, with insignificant fibrous thickening only seen on the walls of the zone cells and the septum. This is the cell finally disappear with the disappearance of the middle disappear, so the cell still belongs to the middle layer. No anther wall in anthers of Catalpa.
