建立能源管控系统,实现科学用能是当今钢铁业可持续发展的重要手段。分析了能源调度管控系统的结构,详述了电、水、气等介质的采集流程和方式,通过能源管控调度系统可实现数据的实时监控、数据分析、能源平衡及能源管理。此外还介绍了信息化能源调度管控系统在济钢应用的效果,包括提高煤气回收率,降低新水消耗,节约电能,减少有害气体排放等。
Establishing the energy management and control system and realizing the scientific use of energy are the important means for the sustainable development of the steel industry. The structure of energy dispatching management and control system is analyzed. The collection flow and method of electricity, water and gas are described in detail. Real-time data monitoring, data analysis, energy balance and energy management can be realized through energy management dispatching system. In addition, it introduces the effect of informationized energy dispatching management and control system applied in Jigang, including increasing gas recovery rate, reducing fresh water consumption, saving electricity and reducing harmful gas emissions.
