应用６２００ａｕｔｏｂｏｘＤＬ型体积描记仪对２２６例健康成年人和１４２例ＣＯＰＤ患者进行了Ｒａｗ、Ｇａｗ、ｓＲａｗ、ｓＧａｗ、Ｖｔｇ测定。经多元回归统计出正常预计回归方程式，并对慢性支气管炎、轻、中、重度肺气肿组以实测值占预计值比值作显著行比较，Ｒａｗ、Ｇａｗ、ｓＲａｗ、ｓＧａｗ在慢性支气管炎组，轻、中、重肺气肿组非常显著增加（Ｐ＜０．０１），随着肺气肿程度加重呈逐渐增高趋势，特别是中－重度肺气肿组气道阻力增加明显。Ｖｔｇ在轻、中、重度肺气肿组增加（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１），ｓＲａｗ、ｓＧａｗ在慢支组及肺气肿组非常显著增加（Ｐ＜０．０１），而肺气肿各组间无差异。表明单纯慢性支气管炎组的病变多限于小气道以上的支气管，而肺气肿患者大小气道均受累的变化规律。
Raw, Gaw, sRaw, sGaw, Vtg measurements were performed on 226 healthy adults and 142 COPD patients using the 6200 Autobox DL plethysmograph. The normal regression equation was calculated by multivariate regression, and the ratio of the predicted value to the predicted value was significantly compared in chronic bronchitis, mild, moderate and severe emphysema group. Raw, Gaw, sRaw and sGaw were significantly different in chronic bronchitis group, Light, moderate and severe emphysema group was significantly increased (P <0.01), with the degree of emphysema increased gradually increased trend, especially in moderate to severe emphysema group airway resistance increased significantly. Vtg increased in mild, moderate and severe emphysema group (P <0.05-0.01), while sRaw and sGaw increased significantly in chronic bronchitis group and emphysema group (P <0.01) No difference between groups swollen. The results showed that the lesions of the chronic bronchitis group were mostly limited to the bronchi above the small airway, while the size of the airway of the emphysematous patients was affected.
