土壤盐渍化是植物生长的主要逆境之一。茉莉酸类物质与植物抗逆性密切相关。以国家二级保护植物新疆沙冬青为实验材料,利用非损伤微测技术,从动态离子流转运的角度研究了MeJA预处理后NaCl处理对新疆沙冬青根部K~+、H~+、Na~+流的影响。结果表明,MeJA预处理的新疆沙冬青经盐胁迫后根冠区瞬时K~+外流低于未经MeJA预处理的对照植株,H~+外流强度大于对照植株;新疆沙冬青根尖区域(0~3000μm)经MeJA和NaCl(50 mmol·L~(-1),24 h)预处理,解除NaCl胁迫后观察到Na~+外流和H~+内流,流速高于对照植株。表明适当浓度MeJA预处理能有效提高新疆沙冬青苗期抗盐性。
