当前,软实力的发展已经成为世界各国关注的战略重点,我国两次将加强软实力建设写入政府工作报告,提升城市乃至国家的软实力水平已经刻不容缓。通过深入分析城市软实力的内涵,具体研究了天津市城市软实力的发展存在的问题和缺陷,提出了提升天津城市软实力水平的对策建议。 At present, the development of soft power has become a strategic focus of attention of all countries in the world. It is now urgent that China twice will enhance the building of soft power in the government work report and upgrade the soft power of cities and even countries. Through in-depth analysis of the connotation of urban soft power, this paper concretely studies the problems and shortcomings in the development of urban soft power in Tianjin, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the level of urban soft power in Tianjin.
