目的:分析全数字化乳腺X线摄影技术( FFDM)对乳腺导管原位癌伴微浸润( DCIS-MI)诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的42例单纯乳腺导管原位癌( DCIS)和47例乳腺导管原位癌伴微浸润( DCIS-MI)的FFDM表现,用SPSS 16.0软件分析,数据采用χ2检验。结果42例单纯DCIS中单纯钙化13例,肿块11例,5例为肿块伴钙化;病变最大径平均值17.4 mm;腺体结构紊乱4例;无异常征象9例。47例DCIS-MI中单纯钙化28例,肿块12例,15例为肿块伴钙化;病变最大径平均值22.1 mm;腺体结构紊乱1例;无异常征象6例。两者病灶最大径有统计学意义(P<0.05);而钙化数目及形态无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 FFDM对DCIS-MI的诊断具有一定的临床价值,能为术前评估提供帮助。“,”Objective To evaluate the application of full field digital mammography ( FFDM) to diagnose ductal carcinoma in situ with micro-invasion ( DCIS-MI) .Methods Retrospective analysis was performed using the FFDM images from 42 patients with ductal carcinoma in situ ( DCIS) alone and 47 DCIS-MI patients.All data were analyzed by SPSS16.0 software.Results Among the DCIS patients, 13 patients presented simple calcification, 11 showed mass, 5 manifested mass with calcification, with an average maximum diameter of 17.4 mm in the lesion, and 4 presented glan-dular disorder in structure, in addition to 9 patients without abnormal signs.Among the DCIS-MI patients, 28 patients presented simple calcification, 12 showed mass, 15 manifested mass with calcification, with an average maximum diame-ter of 22.1 mm in the lesion, and 1 presented glandular disorder in structure, in addition to 6 patients without abnormal signs.Statistical difference was found in the maximum diameter between the two groups (P0.05).Conclusions FFDM is ef-fective for DCIS-MI diagnosis, which can provide evidence for preoperative evaluation.
