目的研究以L-半胱氨酸作为还原剂,氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法测定矿泉水中锑的方法。方法选择测定的最佳条件、共存元素对测定的影响及方法的准确度和精密度。结果方法标准曲线回归方程为Y=216.7C-38.1,r=0.9995,线性范围为0~10μg/L;样品加标回收率为93.0%~99.8%,RSD为0.5%、1.0%和6.4%。结论该方法适用于矿泉水中锑的测定,具有快速、准确、灵敏度高等优点。
Objective To study a method for the determination of antimony in mineral water with hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry using L-cysteine as reducing agent. The optimum conditions for the determination of the method selection, the effect of the coexisting elements on the determination, and the accuracy and precision of the method. Results The standard curve regression equation was Y = 216.7C-38.1, r = 0.9995 with a linear range of 0-10 μg / L. The spiked recoveries were 93.0% -99.8% with RSDs of 0.5%, 1.0% and 6.4%, respectively. Conclusion The method is suitable for the determination of antimony in mineral water, with the advantages of fast, accurate and high sensitivity.
