采用Ansys有限元软件对连续退火/热镀锌机组上带钢稳定通板进行了系统的研究。通过Ansys模拟计算系统分析并阐明了横向压缩应力的产生机制,研究了其随着各种参数的变化规律,得出了带钢张力、炉辊凸度、平台区长度等对带钢传输过程中横向压缩应力分布的影响规律,预测了带钢发生瓢曲的可能性。仿真所得出的一系列结论为实际生产中辊形的设计与选择提供了理论依据,以便更有效地控制跑偏和瓢曲的产生,解决生产中的实际问题。
The Ansys finite element software was used to systematically study the strip steel strip on the continuous annealing / hot-dip galvanizing line. The generation mechanism of transverse compressive stress was analyzed and clarified by the Ansys simulation calculation system. The variation law of the compressive stress with various parameters was studied. The influence of strip tension, crown of furnace roll, The influence of transverse compressive stress distribution is predicted, and the possibility of strip buckling is predicted. A series of conclusions drawn from the simulation provide the theoretical basis for the design and selection of the roll shape in the actual production, so as to control the deviation of the run-off and the buckling more effectively and solve the practical problems in the production.
