一、一般情况根据初步材料,本省的矿藏及其它工业原料是非常丰富的,主要如:陕北的石油、皮毛;关中的煤、铅、硫磺、石膏、棉花、油籽,陕南的铁、铜、桐油、树胶、林木等。随着新西北经济建设高潮的到来,这些天然的富饶矿藏和工业原料,将被大量开发与充分的利用,成为新陕西工业北建设不可缺少的伟大物质力量。本省范围(西北大行政区直属及西安市除外)现有公私厂矿二九五个,其中公营:面粉、制革、纸烟各二厂,火柴、化工、农具、造纸、窑业、制鞋、机器修理各一厂,煤矿二处共十五厂矿。公私合营十个厂矿,包括铁工、打包、造纸、火柴、制碱各一厂,煤五处。私营:包括面粉九厂
