为了探明果实的最佳采摘期和贮藏条件,通过不同采摘期杏李(Prunus simonii)“味王”品种贮藏在不同条件下,利用正交试验设计法研究不同贮藏处理方式对杏李“味王”果实中Vc含量的影响变化。结果表明:杏李“味王”品种贮藏最佳采摘期是在9月10日采摘进行贮藏,最佳贮藏条件是温度在1~3℃、氧气为3%~5%、二氧化碳为3%~5%、氮气为90%~92%。9月10日采样贮藏60d果实中Vc含量至少在3.97mg/100g以上。
In order to determine the optimum picking period and storage conditions of fruits, Prunus simonii “Wei Wang ” was stored under different conditions at different picking stages. The orthogonal design was used to study the effects of different storage treatments on the apricot plum “Taste king ” Vc content in fruit changes. The results showed that the best storage period of apricot plum “Wang Wei” was picked on September 10 for storage. The best storage conditions were: temperature 1 ~ 3 ℃, oxygen 3% ~ 5%, carbon dioxide 3 % ~ 5%, nitrogen is 90% ~ 92%. September 10 sampling and storage 60d Vc content of fruit at least 3.97mg / 100g or more.
