目的检测垂体瘤中PTEN蛋白表达水平,探讨PTEN蛋白表达水平与垂体瘤预后的关系。方法收集垂体瘤患者手术标本组织39例,正常垂体组织4例,通过免疫组化方法检测组织中PTEN蛋白的表达情况,统计分析PTEN蛋白表达水平、垂体瘤之间的关系。结果正常垂体组织及非侵袭性垂体瘤均可见细胞质内PTEN明显染色,阳性率分别为100%与88.46%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);侵袭性垂体瘤细胞质内未见明显染色,阳性率为7.69%,与正常组织及非侵袭垂体瘤比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抑癌基因PTEN的失活与垂体瘤的侵袭呈正相关性,可作为判断垂体瘤预后的指标。
Objective To detect the expression of PTEN protein in pituitary adenomas and to investigate the relationship between the expression of PTEN protein and the prognosis of pituitary adenomas. Methods Thirty-nine cases of pituitary adenoma and four cases of normal pituitary tissue were collected. The expression of PTEN protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of PTEN protein and pituitary tumor was analyzed. Results The positive staining rate of PTEN in normal pituitary tissue and noninvasive pituitary tumor was 100% and 88.46%, respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). No significant staining was found in the cytoplasm of invasive pituitary tumor, The positive rate was 7.69%, which was significantly different from normal tissue and non-invasive pituitary adenomas (P <0.05). Conclusion The inactivation of tumor suppressor gene PTEN is positively correlated with the invasion of pituitary tumor, which may be used as an index to judge the prognosis of pituitary tumor.
