由北方稻作协会和辽宁省盐碱地利用研究所共同组织的全国粳稻主栽品种食味品评及品评员考核会议于2017年3月5-6日在沈阳金城宾馆召开。本次品评共组织全国12个省、市、自治区的30个主栽品种及日本越光米、国家粮食科学研究院提供一米样计32个样品进行品评,品评结果表明,我国粳稻主栽品种中较高食昧水平品种多些、面积也稍大;食昧特优的品种及面积明显高于食昧特低的品种;优良食味粳稻品种南北都有分布,地域差异不明显。品评同时,对在2016年10月参加吉林培训合格的66位人员进行了品评员考核,优秀品评员队伍的建立,使今后品评工作更加完善。
The national testing meeting for appraising and assessing the taste of main varieties of japonica rice cultivated by the Northern Rice Research Institute and the Institute of Utilization of Saline-Alkalinity in Liaoning Province was held in Jincheng Hotel, Shenyang on March 5-6, 2017. The evaluation organized a total of 30 varieties of cultivars in 12 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China and Yue Kuei-ming in Japan. The National Institute of Science and Technology provided 32 samples of one meter for quality evaluation. The results of the evaluation showed that the main cultivars of japonica rice The higher the level of food ignorance more varieties, the area is also slightly larger; food and sweet superior varieties and areas were significantly higher than the fresh low romance varieties; excellent taste of japonica rice varieties are distributed between north and south, the regional differences are not obvious. At the same time, we evaluated the judges and the team of 66 excellent judges who participated in the training in Jilin in October 2016, so as to make the work of making better judgments in the future.
