沉淀硝酸磷肥是用稀硝酸(30—40%)和中低品位磷矿粉(P_2 O_520%左右)试制的氮磷复肥。主要成分是二水磷酸二钙,有效P_2 O_512%以上,含氮(硝酸铵和硝酸钙)3—5%,物性良好。它的主要工艺特点是:酸解液用较浓氨水中和到pH约4.5,产生二水磷酸二钙,过滤分离硝酸盐,代替氨水出售,既降低了成本,又解决了产品的吸潮问题。
Precipitated nitrophosphate is a trial production of nitrogen and phosphorus compound fertilizer with dilute nitric acid (30-40%) and medium and low grade phosphate rock (P 2 O - 520% or so). The main component is dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, effective P 2 O_512% above, nitrogen (ammonium nitrate and calcium nitrate) 3-5%, good physical properties. Its main process features are: acid solution with concentrated ammonia and neutralized to pH about 4.5, resulting in dicalcium phosphate dihydrate, nitrate separation filtration, instead of ammonia for sale, both to reduce costs, but also to solve the problem of moisture absorption products .
