目的建立面包制品中痕量溴酸盐的离子色谱测定方法。方法样品经石油醚洗去油脂,用超纯水提取,经固相萃取小柱和超滤器净化处理后直接进样;进样体积25μL;选用Ionpac AS19阴离子分析柱,在线产生5~40mmol/LKOH为淋洗液,流速1.0mL/min,抑制型电导检测器检测。结果溴酸盐在0.05~2.00mg/L线性良好,相关系数r=0.9992,精密度高(相对标准偏差<3.5%),回收率82.5%~94.0%;最低检出限0.10mg/kg;定量下限0.32mg/kg。结论该方法灵敏,操作简便,适用于面包制品中痕量溴酸盐检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of trace bromate in bread products by ion chromatography. Methods The samples were washed with petroleum ether, extracted with ultrapure water, and purified by solid-phase extraction cartridges and ultrafilters. The injection volume was 25μL. Ionpac AS19 anion analysis column was used to generate 5 ~ 40mmol / LKOH as eluent, flow rate 1.0mL / min, inhibitory conductivity detector detection. Results The bromate showed good linearity at 0.05-2.000 mg / L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9992, the precision was high (relative standard deviation <3.5%), the recovery was 82.5% ~ 94.0%, the lowest detection limit was 0.10 mg / kg, The lower limit of 0.32mg / kg. Conclusion The method is sensitive, easy to operate and is suitable for the determination of trace bromate in bread products.
