为了研究我国视屏作业职业危害情况,对不同行业30个计算机中心或计算机室存在的职业性有害因素进行了调查。测试结果表明视屏作业场所微小气候比较稳定,噪声强度61dB(A)~75dB(A),不同场所照明条件区别较大,视屏电离辐射强度较低,空气中CO2含量较高。对655名视屏作业人员及571名对照人员健康检查结果显示,视屏作业人员神经系统、视觉系统和肌肉骨骼系统主诉明显高于对照组,Tinel's征及腰部L5/S1压痛阳性率也显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。
In order to study the occupational harmfulness of screen work in our country, we investigated the occupational harmful factors existing in 30 computer centers or computer rooms in different industries. The test results show that the micro-climate in the working site of the video screen is relatively stable with the noise intensity of 61dB (A) ~ 75dB (A). The lighting conditions in different places are greatly different. The ionizing radiation intensity of the screen is lower and the CO2 content in the air is higher. The results of the health examination of 655 screen operators and 571 control staff showed that the chief complaints of the nervous system, visual system and musculoskeletal system of the screen operator were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the positive rate of Tinel’s sign and lumbar L5 / S1 tenderness was also significantly higher In the control group (P <0.01).
