目的通过应力松弛实验建立正常与砷中毒动物视神经的拉伸应力松弛函数方程,得出应力与时间的变化规律。方法砷中毒与正常大鼠视神经各10个,在电子万能试验机上进行应力松弛实验。以5%/s的应变增加速度对试样施加拉伸应变,设定应力松弛实验时间7 200 s,实验结束后计算机自动输出应力松弛实验结果。结果砷中毒动物模型组视神经7 200 s应力下降量小于对照组(P<0.05)。各组视神经应力松弛曲线以对数关系变化。结论砷中毒损害了视神经,应力松弛特性发生了改变。
Objective To establish the stress relaxation function equation of optic nerve in normal and arsenic poisoning rats by stress relaxation test, and get the change rule of stress and time. Methods Arsenic poisoning was performed in 10 optic nerves of normal rats, and stress relaxation tests were performed on electronic universal testing machines. Tensile strain was applied to the specimen at a rate of strain increase of 5% / s, and the stress relaxation test time was set at 7 200 s. After the experiment, the computer automatically output the stress relaxation test result. Results Compared with the control group, the decrease of stress in the arsenic poisoning model group was less than that in the control group (P <0.05). The optic nerve stress relaxation curve of each group changed logarithmically. Conclusions Arsenism damages the optic nerve and the stress relaxation characteristics have changed.
