糖尿病合并皮肤硬肿病较少见,我院曾收治1例,现报告如下:病例×××,男,57岁,住院号229390。于1987年3月13日入院。该患于1982年出现“三多一少”症状,在我院诊断为糖尿病,经控制饮食,口服降糖药物并配合中药治疗,病情明显减轻后,因未坚持治疗,病情反复并加重。1984年2月查血糖250mg%,尿糖(++),酮体(+)。1985年3月偶然发现颈后发际下有约2.5×2.5cm 大小的皮肤硬肿区域。因无其他不适而未予重视。
