为了解外环境中致病性弧菌的污染状况,1990年6~9月,我们对采自外环境的148份样品,进行了致病性弧菌的检测。 采地表水40份;生活饮用水35份;列车餐车各类熟食品43份;处理后的医院污水30份。 地表水、生活饮用水、医院污水每份样品取200ml,加入10倍浓缩的碱性胨水20ml,37℃过夜培养,然后同时在改良麦康凯和SS平板上分离;并取1ml胨水培养液,接种于10ml氯化锶胨水中二次增菌培养过夜,在改良DC平板上分
