目的 :探讨高渗盐水和生理盐水用于呼吸系统疾病患者雾化吸入的效果对比。方法 :将80例雾化吸入患者随机分观察组与对照组各40例。观察组采用氨溴索注射液15mg加5%高渗盐水10ml进行雾化吸入,对照组采用氨溴索注射液15mg加0.9%生理盐水雾化吸入。治疗1周评价疗效。结果观察组患者咳嗽、咳痰症状改善情况显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 :5%高渗盐水加氨溴索15mg雾化吸入,对气道和肺泡壁有一定的润湿和刺激作用,气道内渗透压升高,气道内水分外渗,并可促使黏液痰中酸性粘蛋白纤维裂解,从而减低痰液的黏稠度,促进痰液排出,从而减轻咳嗽症状。
Objective: To investigate the effect of hypertonic saline and saline on aerosol inhalation in patients with respiratory diseases. Methods: Eighty patients with inhalation were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases each.
