从教二十年来,我深有体会,学生学习困难并非是单方面原因,是受基础知识、学习方法、心理素质、主观努力程度及教师教法的适应性等种种主观与客观因素影响的结果。事实上由于学生的个性差异以及个人形成学困生的不同原因和过程,学困生的心理特征常常表现为不同的类型特点,这对于每个教育工作者来说,应针对学困生的类型特点,采取有效的措施促进学困生的转变,全面提高学生素质。
Since I taught for two decades, I have learned that students ’learning difficulties are not caused by one-sided reasons.
