飞行试飞过程是确保大飞机“中国质造”的关键环节。本文以飞行试飞过程为主线,涵盖上下游环节比较具有代表性的试点部门,策划推行“上道工序对下道工序负责”的质量提升活动,倡导试飞人的客户意识、服务意识,达到“中国质造”在试飞过程中细致化、可控化、全员化的目的。
The flight test flight process is a key link in ensuring the large aircraft “China quality”. This paper takes the flight test flight process as the main line, covers the representative pilot departments of the upstream and downstream links, and plans to implement the quality improvement activities of the “responsibility of the previous process to the next process”, and advocates the test taker’s customer awareness and service awareness. “China Quality” is aimed at refinement, controllability and full personnel in the test flight.
