研究目的:为了提高中医类院校传统保健体育项目24式太极拳的教学质量,探讨太极拳的教学方法;研究方法:文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法,实验法,数理统计法;研究结果:在启发式教学方法的干预下,对照班和实验班在期末太极拳考试成绩方面具有显著性差异,在有关太极拳的感觉方面具有显著性差异,在今后继续练习太极拳的可能性方面具有显著性差异。
Research purposes: In order to improve teaching quality of 24-type Taijiquan, a traditional health care project in Chinese medicine colleges and universities, the teaching methods of Taijiquan are explored. The research methods include literature review, expert interview, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics; Results: Under the intervention of heuristic teaching method, there was a significant difference between the control group and the experimental class in the final Tai Chi examination scores, the significant difference in the sense of Taijiquan, and the possibility of practicing Taijiquan in the future There are significant differences.
