由上海第四机床厂研制成功的新产品 X5042立式升降台铣床最近通过鉴定。该机床是在原有型号 X53T 立铣的基础上改进设计的。升降采用自锁式滚珠丝杠,使手柄操作大大轻便;拖板上下导轨面采用贴塑,从而延长了精度保持期;机床电气箱移至后背,给电气维修带来了方便。机床还配有数显装置,供用户选用。该机床由上海第四机床厂分厂制造,经用户试用,效果反映良好.
The new product X5042 Vertical Lifting Milling Machine successfully developed by Shanghai No.4 Machine Tool Plant passed the appraisal. The machine is based on the original model X53T end milling on the basis of improved design. The use of self-locking ball screw lift, so that the handle operation greatly portable; drag plate upper and lower rail surface with plastic, thus extending the accuracy of maintenance; machine electrical box moved to the back, to the electrical maintenance has brought convenience.
