脑出血模型自建立至今已有近40年时间,模型制作方法及研究方向均有巨大的变化。目前,大鼠脑出血模型主要用于细胞移植治疗中枢神经损伤方面的研究。胶原酶与自体血注入大鼠尾状核建立的脑出血模型是常用的方法;胶原酶具有制作方法简单的特点,自体血模型的特点是其更接近临床过程。脑出血模型制作成功后可以从大鼠行为学和组织学变化两方面来评价细胞移植治疗大鼠脑出血的疗效。脑出血模型无论从疾病的发生率和严重性来讲,还是该模型的稳定性及重复性角度来讲,都是细胞移植治疗中枢神经损伤的重要动物模型。
The model of cerebral hemorrhage has been established for nearly 40 years since its establishment, and the methods of making models and research directions have undergone tremendous changes. At present, the rat intracerebral hemorrhage model is mainly used for cell transplantation in the treatment of central nervous system injury. Collagenase and autologous blood into the rat caudate nucleus into the model of cerebral hemorrhage is a common method; collagenase has the characteristics of a simple method of production, autologous blood model is characterized by its closer to the clinical process. After the successful manufacture of intracerebral hemorrhage model, the curative effect of cell transplantation on intracerebral hemorrhage in rats can be evaluated from both behavioral and histological changes in rats. The intracerebral hemorrhage model is an important animal model for the treatment of central nervous system injury by cell transplantation in terms of the incidence and severity of the disease and the stability and reproducibility of the model.
