教学目标是课堂教学的出发点也是课堂教学的归宿,还是教学评价的依据,但在实际教学过程中,教学目标的拟定的错位、随意、主体混乱等现象依然存在,影响了教学目标的实施和达成,降低了教学的有效性。以“自由落体运动”为例论述教学目标拟定的策略:溯本求源——研读课标教材,科学分解教学目标;以学定教——关注学生需求,合理设计教学目标;统筹兼顾——外显教学行为,优化表述三维目标。
